- Tattoo Services: All tattoo services are provided in a professional, safe, and hygienic environment. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by us to ensure the longevity and healing of your tattoo.
- Workshops and Programs: Participation in our workshops, programs, and online memberships (such as the Perennial Archetype Online Membership and The Art of Alignment) is voluntary. You agree to actively engage with the content and respect the program guidelines.
- Payment: All services must be paid in full or as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other methods specified.
- Deposits and Cancellations: For certain services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
- Respect and Conduct: You agree to engage respectfully with our team and other clients. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of our policies may result in the termination of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided By The Moon Co. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
