My mission is to always to provide you with a LUXURY service where you feel empowered and comfortable to show up, share your vision, and create not just a piece of art, but a transformative experience through art that is aligned with your highest expectations.

CREATING TATTOOS & A LIFE BY DESIGN

Hi, I’m Kirstie — artist/tattooer, girl mom, and cultivator of a life that is in complete alignment with the highest version of myself. I grew up in a small town in Ohio built on steel, so grit and strength are in my roots. From a young age, I’ve loved creating art and showed an interest in tattoos as a form of self-expression. I got my first tattoo in 2007 when I was sixteen years old, and since then I’ve always wanted to pursue tattooing as a career. Instead, I’ve taken a lot of leaps in place of pursuing my passion, in hopes that I could find where my purpose existed. I learned the hard way that you’ll never be fulfilled in life if you live your life by others’ expectations rather than prioritizing the things that bring you joy.

I graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Environmental Nutrition in 2016 and started what would end up being a short-lived journey climbing the corporate ladder. As I was diving into the world of food science and simultaneously searching for the key to happiness, I learned how stress can affect gut health, and gut health is directly related to mental health and overall well-being. This was a pivotal moment in my life because it opened my eyes to the world I was living in, and it was one that was not fulfilling my true purpose, and my mental health was significantly suffering because of it.

Finding the courage to leave my corporate job was hard, and it required a lot of deep work, which is a feat in itself. As I started focusing on personal growth, I turned to working with astrology as a guide to take this transformative journey back to myself one step at a time. Once I started quieting my self-limiting beliefs and replaced them with affirmations, I was able to believe that I was meant for more and took another leap in 2019, this time in the direction of finally answering the call to fulfill a purpose greater than me.

In November 2021, I started my tattoo apprenticeship part-time. By Spring 2022, I took my last leap, leaving my bartending job and became a full-time apprentice so that I could give one hundred percent of my attention and focus to pursuing this dream career I’ve had for fourteen years. After two and a half years of learning my craft, I finished my apprenticeship in February 2024 and became a full-time tattoo artist and creating a life that I love, doing what I love, because if I’m not, then I am not living in my full authenticity and creative expression.

I trusted my intuition in guiding me to pursue my passion for art in a way that honors my uniqueness and creativity while discovering my purpose to provide a transformative, empowering experience for my clients.

I am an artist to connect with myself. I am a tattooer to help others connect with themselves. My work is a mere vessel between the physical realm and the higher realm in which your authenticity and your vision coexist and I strive to make the creative process from vision to art a seamless flow. Tattoos can be painful, but they can also be healing if you let them. They hold a memory and a frequency, and the process of tattooing is an intimate exchange of energy between artist and client. It is a privilege to be allowed into your personal energetic space, to hear your story, and to offer you the transformative experience you are seeking through art and tattooing.

This journey has taught me more about myself, about life, and about the true meaning of happiness, than doing the easy thing by staying in a place of comfort ever would have. I am committed to continuous growth as an artist and as an individual. I am dedicated to putting intention into everything I create, from artwork to client connection. If you’ve chosen me as your artist, from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity and if you’re searching for the right artist, I hope to work with you in the future.
