Readiness, Alignment & Respect

Appointments are confirmed with the understanding that you are prepared—physically, mentally, and energetically—for the experience and 18 years of age or older. Arriving under the influence, unwell, or otherwise misaligned may result in cancellation without refund. I reserve the right to refuse service to any client at my discretion any time. This is a private, intentional tattoo practice. Boundaries are in place to protect the quality of the work, the space, and the experience for all involved. Booking signifies agreement with these standards.

Pricing and Investment

All work is priced with intention. Your investment reflects not only the tattoo itself, but the time, expertise, energy, and resources required to hold this experience to a high standard. A 7.5% sales tax will be included in final pricing effective. Booking signifies understanding & agreeing with this pricing structure.

The tattoo minimum is non-negotiable at $225--yes even the smallest tattoos, which arguably require the most precision and skill to execute. This includes all necessary materials, preparation, and a one-time complimentary touch-up. This minimum also allows for the occasional release of discounted flash offerings, thoughtfully priced to honor both the work and the process.

Larger-scale or extended sessions are priced at $160 per hour. Hourly pricing ensures the work remains unrushed and allows each piece to be executed with care, precision, and mindfulness. The final cost in hourly pricing reflects the size, placement, complexity, and time required to complete your tattoo – something to consider when finalizing design.

Deposit & Appointment Reservation

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $75 is required for ALL tattoos to secure your appointment. This deposit reserves both physical and energetic space exclusively for you and is applied toward the final cost of your session. In the event of a reschedule with at least 48-hour notice, deposits are transferable ONCE to a future appointment within three months of the original appointment date, or becomes forfeit otherwise.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Changes made outside of the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit for a three month reschedule. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows disrupt the flow of this practice and will not be accommodated. In the event of a second reschedule, your original deposit becomes forfeit and not applicable to any future appointments, and another deposit will be required to book.

Late Arrivals

If you are late by 20 minutes or more without notice, may result in a shortened session or cancellation, with the deposit retained and non-applicable to a reschedule or future appointment. This ensures the experience remains unrushed and held to the standard it requires.

Tattoo Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for six months from purchase date and are not redeemable on flash or specialty event pricing. They are able to be redeemed on custom tattoo appointments or The Art of Alignment Signature Service.

Flash, Special Event Flash & Pop-Ups

Flash Designs, Special Event Flash offerings & Pop-ups feature fixed designs, sizes, and pricing. Placement is limited to arms and legs, and designs are tattooed in black with light shading and detail included, if desired. Event details and announcements can be found on all social media as well as my website on both Events and Tattoo pages.

Estimates & Budget

Price estimates are available upon request and provided as a general range. Final pricing may shift based on design evolution, placement, and time. If you have a budget you are comfortable with, you are welcome to share it during your inquiry—this helps guide decisions around size, detail, and overall composition while maintaining the integrity of the work.

Group Sessions & Private In-Studio Flash Events

If you are booking for a party of 2 or more clients, please note that in your inquiry. I offer a 20% discount on the tattoo minimum for group tattoo sessions for up to 3 people and a 25% discount on the minimum for groups up to 5. A private flash event is considered 5 or more guests receiving the same tattoo (in design and size) and is discounted to $100 per person. Group sessions and private flash events are limited to Sundays and require a deposit.

Touch-Up Policy

One complimentary touchup is considered in the cost of my minimum price. A touchup appointment can be scheduled after four weeks of the initial appointment and can be redeemed within 8 weeks. Any touchup booked after 12 weeks of the initial appointment date will be a fee of $50.
