Reflecting On Year 33: A Journey of Transformation and Soul Purpose

Yesterday was my 34th birthday, and I find myself looking back on the year that has passed with a deep sense of gratitude, awe, and reflection. Year 33, the year of transformation, growth, and revelations, will forever hold a special place in my heart. It was a year that completely shifted the course of my life and gave me the clarity I had been seeking for so long. I went through a tower moment—a dramatic shift that broke down old structures, beliefs, and ways of being—and it was in that rubble where I discovered my soul's true purpose.

Looking back, I realize that 33 was a year of awakening. It was as though the universe had decided that it was time for me to step fully into my power, and it wasn’t going to let me do it in any quiet or subtle way. It wasn’t a gentle nudge or a soft whisper—it was a full-on cosmic call to face the truth of who I am and why I’m here.

The Tower Moment: Breaking Down to Build Up

They say that moments of intense change often come when we least expect it. And for me, that moment came like a thunderstorm—sudden, overwhelming, and all-consuming. I found myself standing at the intersection of a breakdown and a breakthrough, unsure of what was going to happen next. It felt as though everything I had worked for, everything I had known, was crumbling before me. But little did I know, this was the moment that would open the door to my truest self.

It was in this disorienting and painful space of brokenness that I began to question everything—my career, my purpose, my relationships, and even the path I had chosen for myself. It wasn’t easy. There were moments of deep fear, confusion, and self-doubt. But the more I sat with the discomfort, the more I realized that what I was going through wasn’t random. I wasn’t being punished—I was being invited to transform.

In numerology, the number 33 is known as a Master Number—one that carries immense spiritual significance. It is often referred to as the “Master Teacher,” representing the ability to inspire, heal, and guide others. As I reflect on my 33rd year, I realize how fitting this number was for the deep transformative journey I underwent. Then came the turning point. A podcast introduced me to Human Design, a system that blends astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, and quantum physics. I’ll admit, at first, I was skeptical. But as I dug deeper into my chart and began learning about my type, authority, and profile, something profound clicked. For the first time, I understood why I had experienced what I did, and more importantly, I saw the roadmap to my soul’s purpose.

Human Design became the lens through which I could see the hidden threads connecting my past, present, and future. It revealed patterns I had never noticed before—why I had been drawn to certain experiences, why some things had come so easily while others had been a struggle, and why I had always felt a pull toward self-expression, growth, and empowerment.

The biggest revelation was that I am meant to live my life in alignment with my true self. My design showed me that I have the ability to create a life that feels natural, joyful, and in flow. It gave me permission to honor my inner authority and trust that my journey is uniquely mine—one that doesn't need to look like anyone else’s.

As I reflect on the last year, I realize just how much has shifted. What once felt chaotic and uncertain is now filled with clarity, purpose, and confidence. I’ve stopped questioning my worth and started stepping into the fullest expression of who I am meant to be without apology. I’ve learned to trust that I am exactly where I need to be, and that every experience has led me to this very moment.

As I turn 34, I’m filled with a sense of deep peace and excitement. I’ve stepped into my authenticity, embraced my soul’s purpose, and learned how to operate from a place of power and alignment. I know there will be more challenges ahead, but I’m no longer afraid of them. I’ve learned that transformation is a continual process—one that unfolds at its own pace, in its own time.

I’m ready for the next chapter, and it’s one that I will embrace with an open heart, knowing that I am on the path that is uniquely mine. I’m ready to share my light with the world, to help others discover their soul’s purpose, and to continue growing in ways that align with my highest self.
